Q: Why do you prefer emails or written correspondence over phone calls?

A: In dealing with parts and to make sure you receive the correct part we have a system which allows us to cross reference part numbers or descriptions rather than trying to remember information. We do however promise to respond to all email enquiries within the day.

Q: I don't know the model of my boat/engine/leg
Simply take a photo of the part you are looking for and email or text it to us.

Q: When will I receive my order?
Once payment is received all orders will be despatched at the latest the next working day.

Q:What payment method can I use?
We accept direct debit and credit card [funds to be cleared before product is despatched].

Q: What transport is used and how much?
We generally deliver via courier in the Perth metro area. We have road transport available to all parts of the state and Australia wide. We can quote urgent items to go via air freight. Remember to supply the delivery details of:

Q: Can I come and look at the products, do you have a shop?
We do not have a shop and because we specialize in mechanical and electrical components our description and pictures on our website will show you exactly what you are purchasing.

Q: What are the products like, can we trust them?
We supply quality products direct from the USA. All are leaders in their field and have comprehensive warranties covering all their products. We will not stock products that are not regarded as bench mark in there application.

Q: My parts are not shown in your shop.
A: We are working on building up our inventory of stock and our shop reflects what is currently in stock. We understand that there are many different combinations out there currently allowing people to enjoy the boating lifestyle and they all need maintenance. We have access to a huge range of parts and will assist people in chasing any parts you require. We also encourage people to plan their seasonal maintenance in advance, allowing them to pre-order the parts they require.
